Dear Parent / Carer,

I wanted to let you know, as early as possible, that we have taken the difficult decision to close the school to all staff and children today. The adverse weather conditions over the weekend, which continue this morning, have created a significant risk to the safety of staff and children.  In addition, we have a partial power cut to school with no power to the kitchen and school hall, which we think is a local issue.  

Thank you for your support in these challenging conditions and we plan to have the school fully open tomorrow as the weather forecast is improving for this afternoon.  Breakfast club will open at 7.30am and school at 8.40am.
