Dear parents and carers

Tomorrow is the Cross Country event in Otley. Thank you to those parents who have said they will help. Parent helpers, please arrive at school for 12.25pm.

The event is at Wharfemeadows Park in Otley. It starts at 1pm and finishes at 3pm. We should be back at school for 3:30pm. 

We will eat our lunch slightly earlier than usual at school. Your child will need to have outdoor and indoor PE kit with them (weather will indicate what we will wear), including trainers, to take part in the event. 

Please ensure your child brings a drink, a coat, hat, gloves and a strong plastic bag to put muddy shoes in to the event.
