Dear parent/carer
Please read, via the link below, a letter from the School Aged Immunisation Service, Leeds.
If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school, please follow the link detailed in the letter using the code given.
The vaccinations will take place in school on Wednesday, 6th December. The link will close on 1st December.
if your child has had the Flu vaccine since Sept 2023, please disregard this message.
