Dear parents and carers

As you are aware, there is an extreme heat warning for Monday and Tuesday.  There will be a number of changes to keep the children and adults safe. 

The Year 5/6 Tuesday afternoon performance will move to Thursday afternoon at 1.45pm when the temperature is predicted to be a pleasant 21 degrees and not 38! 

There will be no PE on Monday and Tuesday and at playtimes children will stay in the shade. 

Collective worships will be in classrooms.

Children will be reminded to drink water regularly and all classroom windows and doors will be kept wide open.  Please make sure your child comes to school with sun cream on and has a sun hat.
