Dear parents and carers
The booking form for our Out Of School Club is now available to download from the OOSC page on the school website. This can be found under the Parents tab. Click on the link below to go directly to the page.
Completed request forms should be emailed to: oosc@adel-st-john.leeds.sch.uk by Friday 8th July. Please note, until we know exact numbers and have finalised arrangements, we cannot guarantee your child will have a place at the breakfast or after school club.
Before the end of term, confirmation of allocated places will be sent to parents.
