Dear parent/carer,
The governors and senior leadership team at Adel St John are currently conducting a review of the wraparound care on offer for before and after school. In order for us to identify any potential demand, we ask that parents and carers complete the following questionnaire. Please note, this questionnaire is not a guarantee that we will be able to offer additional wraparound care but an exploration into whether there is a demand.
