Update: Please ensure that the information requested below is sent to school today by 1pm. Thank you

Key Worker and Vulnerable Families

Following the update from the government last night, Adel St John the Baptist is to remain open for key-worker and vulnerable families only, until further notice.  At this stage we are unable to offer a place to children where one parent is a key worker. Please read the following statements to help signpost you as to what you need to do next, dependent on which option suits your family's needs.

  • If your child/ren attended school in the summer term 2020 and BOTH parents are still key-workers and you would still require a place for your child in school, please do NOT contact school (we will have the information held previously).
  • If your child/ren attended school in the summer term this year and either one or both parents are no longer key workers, please email info@adel-st-john.leeds.sch.uk with your child's name and details of which parent is no longer a key worker.
  • If your child is new to school this term and BOTH parents are key-workers please email info@adel-st-john.leeds.sch.uk with your child's name and details of each parent's occupation.
  • If your child is not new to school this term and BOTH parents are now key workers and your child did not attend during the summer term, please email info@adel-st-john.leeds.sch.uk with your child's name and details of each parent's occupation.

This is an information gathering exercise. Further details about arrangements will be issued shortly and may answer any questions that you have. The next few days will be incredibly challenging for school so please only contact us with essential questions at this stage.
