Important information for returning to school, January 20214 January 2021 (by Debra Dean (DDean)) |
Dear parents and carers
From the start of this new term, we are asking parents and carers to wear face masks when dropping and collecting children at school. This request is in line with other schools in our area and due to the increase of positive cases nationally and within our community.
We continue to ask that your child is brought and collected to and from school, at the allocated time for their year group, by one parent/carer only. While waiting with siblings you must socially distance from other people in the car park area. Children must remain with you at all times in order to remain safe and reduce the risk of an accident. Therefore, no going between cars, climbing on the trees or walking on the walls.
May we also remind you not to enter the school office area unless it is urgent. We will not be taking forgotten items to children in school, as we continue to limit and minimise the movement of staff throughout the building. Please ensure your child has everything they need before coming to school.
Thank you again for your support with following our protocols that have been planned purely with everyone's safety in mind.
