For the attention of parents whose children walk to and from school on their own.
We have been notified by Children’s Services that a Year 6 pupil from Cookridge Primary school, was approached this morning by a male in his 50s (greying beard, wearing a red coat with the hood up, walking a dog). The location was the wooded path on Holtdale Approach, leading to Holtdale Green. Parents to be aware, particularly if your child walks to or from school alone.
