Welcome to Year 3!
Miss Jackson will be teaching on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Miss Christie will be teaching on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; Mrs McDonald will be our teaching assistant all week. We are all excited to get to know the children, support them in their learning and have lots of fun along the way!

Science Day- Bubbles!

What a fantastic end to the term we had today! As part of our Science Day on bubbles, we had to investigate whether you could blow a bubble inside another bubble and we had so much fun! The children were given very little input and worked together to find an answer to this question. We found out that the surface needed to be soapy for one bubble to be created and that there was a certain technique when using a straw. I won’t give too much away as I know the children are very keen to show you over the holidays! It was so wonderful (loud at times!) to see the children having fun as well as learning at the same time.
All of the children have worked so hard over the passed half term; poetry recitals, World Book Day, class collective worship, Easter productions, school trip and assessments. We are so proud of them all and they deserve a well earned rest. We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all of our families
